Having attended Michigan State University, Dr. Gary Wood received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1982. Dr. Wood has been a veterinarian at Countryside Veterinary Hospital since 1982.
Dr. Wood's work related interests include endoscopy, reproduction medicine, ultrasound, soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
Outside the veterinary hospital, Dr. Wood enjoys boating, fishing, biking and camping.

Dr. Seidl has numerous pet related hobbies and outside interests. Some of her hobbies include horseback riding and hiking with her dogs. She also enjoys biking and flower gardening.
With 3 cats, 2 dogs and 4 horses, Dr. Seidl's life at home is never dull. Her 3 cats are named Whitey, Gumby and Sally, her 2 Labs are named Lena and Kudo and her horses are named Zena, Nike, Morningstar and Mercedes.
Having grown up in Massachusetts, Dr. Carol Brunette attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and graduated in 1979 with a BS Degree in Zoology. An honors student, Dr. Brunette made Dean's List regularly and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the National Honor Society.
Following college graduation, Dr. Brunette was admitted to Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine. After 4 years of veterinary studies, she was awarded her DVM Degree in 1983.
With 2 cats and 3 well-behaved dogs (long-haired Dachshunds), Dr. Brunette's professional interests include the treatment of pet behavior problems and puppy socialization.
During her time away from the hospital, Dr. Brunette enjoys spending time with her pets, gardening, scuba diving, knitting and rooting for the Boston Red Sox.
An honors student at Michigan State University, Dr. Dawn Kennedy graduated with a BS Degree in Animal Science in 1992 and her DVM Degree in 1995. As a veterinary student, Dr. Kennedy was inducted into the National Veterinary Honors Society and received an award for having the highest grade point average in her class.
Associate veterinarian at Countryside Veterinary Hospital since 1991, Dr. Kennedy is a general veterinary practitioner with professional interests in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Away from the veterinary hospital, Dr. Kennedy keeps busy with her hobbies, her pets, her family and as president of the Livingston County Veterinary Medical Association. She is married to Rodney Aprill, and together they have a 3 year-old daughter named Samantha.
A Michigan State University alumnus, Dr. Mary Cardeccia graduated with a BS Degree in Animal Sciences in 1991. Following graduation, she remained at Michigan State where she pursued her veterinary medical studies. In 1995, Dr. Cardeccia graduated with honors from M.S.U. School of Veterinary Medicine and received her DVM Degree.
Dr. Cardeccia is a general veterinary practitioner with professional interests in avian medicine and surgery. She has completed a post-graduate training course through the North American Veterinary Post Graduate Institute and is certified in advanced avian medicine.
During her leisure time, Dr. Cardeccia enjoys the companionship of her 2 dogs (Truth and Dare), 2 cats (Checkers and Parcheesi), 2 cockatoos (Jesse and Abby) and a horse named Promise. Other activities and interests that she enjoys include horseback riding, camping, roller blading and gardening.

An active member of the Livingston County Veterinary Medical Association, Dr. Martens is a general veterinary practitioner with professional interests in general surgery, orthopedic surgery, internal medicine and ultrasound.
Dr. Martens is married to Christina. Together they enjoy the companionship of their dog named Lucie and their 2 cats named Tigger and Mustang Sally. Other recreational activities that Dr. Martens enjoys include golfing, camping, canoeing, biking and woodworking.
