Technicians

A veterinary technician at Countryside since 2002, Diane enjoys working with the friendly clients and caring staff at the hospital. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her pets.

Licensed veterinary technician Julie has worked in the animal care field for more than 30 years. She likes working with the friendly staff and is glad the hospital provides care for wild animals. She works as a wildlife rehabilitator in her spare time and shares her home with a number of pets, including horses, dogs, cats and a goat. Julie has a number of hobbies, including horseback riding, camping, fishing, bowling and soccer.

With more than 15 years of technical experience, Sandy has been a member of the Countryside veterinary health care team since 2000. During her leisure time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, hunting and participating with her English Mastiff in local dog shows.

Native to Howell, Kelly has been a technician at Countryside Veterinary Hospital since 1988. Having attended Baker College in Owosso, she graduated with an Associates degree in Business Management.

A herding dog enthusiast, Kelly has border collies and Alaskan huskies. She is a member of the United States Border Collie Handlers Association and participates in many field trials and herding events. Along with her dogs, she also has a flock of sheep, several cats and 2 horses.

Shelley is a licensed veterinary technician and has been part of the Countryside team since 2004. She received her Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology from Michigan State University in 1997. She loves working with the friendly clients and caring staff at the hospital and enjoys caring for all the pets that come into the hospital. Shelley shares her home with four cats, Stanley, Diana, Looie and Little Peep. Her pastimes include gardening, walking and going to the movies.

A licensed veterinary technician at Countryside Veterinary Hospital since 2004, Jaime enjoys being part of the hospital's friendly, knowledgeable staff. She shares her home with a dog named Monty and a ferret named Karl. Jaime's hobbies include fishing, kayaking, camping and playing guitar.

Licensed veterinary technician Tanya joined the Countryside team in 2008. She has worked in the animal care field for more than 16 years and holds an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science. She is proud to be part of the friendly, caring staff. Her hobbies include going to the movies, crocheting and spending time at her cabin.

A veterinary assistant and receptionist, Melissa joined the Countryside staff in 2008. She is glad to be part of the friendly staff and enjoys working with pets. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking and running.

Nycole has been a receptionist and veterinary assistant at Countryside since 2003. She likes getting to know all the pets that come into the hospital and is glad to be part of the friendly, caring staff. In her spare time, Nycole can be found spending time with friends and family and scuba diving.

Rhonda has helped care for pets as a veterinary technician at Countryside since 2004. She finds taking care of pets to be very rewarding and likes working with the caring staff and veterinarians. At home, she enjoys the company of her two dogs, Brutis and Jada, and cats George and Midnight. In her spare time, Rhonda can be found playing horseshoes and softball and bowling with her husband, Chris. They also enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time with their pets.
