Howell and Hamburg Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM
Sunday - Only Howell: 10:00AM - 2:00PM

We use an appointment system to better serve you and your pets.

If your pet requires hospitalization, you may set up times to visit with your pet during its stay.

Emergencies

If you have an emergency, please dial our Howell office at 517-546-5714. A recorded message will give you instructions.

Payment / Fees   

In order to contain our costs, and therefore your costs, we cannot offer billing. We require that services be paid for as they are rendered or at the time a pet is discharged from the hospital. Estimates of proposed services are available upon request. We accept personal checks and Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Care Credit. We will consult with you if any changes in diagnostics or treatments arise while your pet is hospitalized. We encourage you to discuss any questions you have regarding fees at any time while your pet is with us.
